Writer and Podcast Co-Host

• Co-Host of the Core 4 Podcast, responsible for segment creation, topic generation, production, and editing. 
• Writing various features and game coverage articles including previews, recaps, and report cards.
• Driving traffic through posting articles and podcast episodes to Twitter while utilizing Facebook Groups for posting content, interacting with readers, and building an audience.

Bristol Motor Speedway, Bristol, TN       May 2020 – Sept. 2020

Social Media Coordinator (Internship)

• Managed all social media accounts for the Bristol Motor Speedway including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook with a total follower base of over 650,000 people. 
• Responsible for posting daily content, interacting with followers, and promoting key sponsors such as Bass Pro Shops, Chevrolet, and Coca-Cola.
• Analyzed data on social media interactions and presented reports to executives in the communications department.
• Promoted the 3 largest NASCAR events for the 2020 season and assisted with the creation of digital content including promotional videos.
• Generated over one million interactions across all platforms during each event.

WUTK Volunteer Radio, Knoxville, TN               Oct. 2018 – May 2020

Sports Show Host (Internship)

• Hosted weekly broadcasts for “Rock Solid Sports”, known as one of the station’s flagship shows.
• Discussed topics around the university’s sports teams as well as the NFL, MLB, and NBA.
• Partnered with local businesses and organizations for remote shows including the Knoxville Ice Bears Hockey Team and Cool Beans Bar & Grill. 
• Created and co-hosted weekly podcast, “Rock Solid Bets”. Responsible for editing, posting on Spotify, and promoting through social media channels.   

Crown Sports Charlotte, Charlotte, NC (Remote)     Aug. 2019 – Jan. 2020

Writer (Internship)

• Wrote weekly articles containing sports gambling advice focused on the Carolina Panthers for the 2019-20 season.
